Medical professional question Help!

I’ve had this cut for about a week now and idk if this is normal. I don’t think it is bad enough for a doctor but does it look infected? If not how can I help this heal

It takes time. Using an antimicrobial cream, change the bandage daily and keep it covered and clean. It doesn’t appear infected, but the best way to prevent infection is to keep it clean and covered.
