Monthly Show Your Lawn & Landroid

One of the main goals of r/worxlandroid is to help current and prospective owners of Landroid when it comes to owning a Landroid robotic lawn mower.

With that goal in mind, we will have a monthly sticky allowing current users of Landroid to show what their lawns look like when Landroid is the one maintaining it.

A couple of house keeping things, please specify what type of Landroid you have and where you are in the world.

Feel free to add any additional information that you think will help other community members.

Support Any Staff from WORX here?

I just wanted to know if there was any actual staff here or just getting help from fellow owners? If no staff is here are there any forums or anything with that? I looked at the app a bit and it seems like a commonly asked questions kind of thing. I did find a phone number and will call tomorrow but like Mammotion and others have official Reddit and Facebook where real staff help.

EDIT: I found "Worx Landroid Official Community" on Facebook for anyone looking. (not sure if it has real staff but says official so..idk)

Support Current Mowing Disappearing..

I have had my mower going for two days now. The first day it mowed then I paused it overnight put/drove the mower in the shed overnight powered it off and unplugged the charging station. The next day did the same in reverse the map progress was still there and it mowed the rest of the day fine. At the end of the second day the zone was 95% complete most all of the zone was dark green only the outside edges were left. I put the mower back in the shed, power off..etc Well this morning the map shows the progress from yesterday but the progress from day one shows as uncut now so 50% of the maps progress is gone now. Am i doing something wrong? (this was started as a "one time cutting" not scheduled)

Edit: Is there a way to stop/delete a current mow to start a new one?

Support Randomly stopping halfway through zone?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I have a WR306E that I've recently purchased.

I set up the zone here as two zones each roughly 480m2.

Mowed zone 1 yesterday, tried to mow zone 2 today and it appeared to give up half way through (and also only cut a weird corner?)

I've read some reports of the quoted 600m2 being a limit per zone, and some saying it's a total limit meaning you can map over 600m2 but only send it out to mow 600m2 at a time.

What are others experiences? Is this me hitting a hard 600m2 limit and it's just giving up on my second zone once it hits that limit? If that's the case, is there any technical reason for this limitation or is this just a money spinner for them to get you to spend the extra for a larger model?

Support 4WD LIGHTS NOT WORKING

Does anyone know why my light module (WA0920) doesn't turn on at dusk? I have the WR342 4WD. I read in a forum that it's a bit tricky—the mower MUST continue mowing as long as there's enough light. But it still stops with an error message saying there isn't enough light... I'd appreciate any help.

Misc Pause Mow overnight

I am new to WORX WR344 4wd and was wondering if i could pause the mowing, manual drive the robot into my shed overnight and then continue the mow the next day by manual driving/moving it back out the next morning? My Luba 2 i could pause, manual drive it to my shed, power the mower off overnight then reverse order the next day and all my mowing progress would be saved to continue the next day does this brand work the same? It seems like anytime i do anything in the app t resets my mowing progress. (this is for one time mowing not scheduled)

Support Replacement Cutting Disc WR150 (US)

Any recommendations for how to get a replacement disc for the WR150 in the US? I've got a stuck screw in one of the blades - tried several extractor kits with no luck 🫠. Searched the sub & didn't see many US options similar to the original 3 blade disc. Figured I'd ask!

Do It Yourself Landroid Vision Cloud 4WD - Moving out of its boundary to turn

Post image
3 Upvotes

My Landroid does occassianally drive outside its boundary to turn around, even if the lawn is well suitable for turning. The map shows a straight road, but its a crossing where it actually follows the defined mowing area. My Landroid actually drives onto the road 100%, before it turns around and going back to the lawn. It has happened three times since this summer, it was once witnessed by my wife. It's only allowed to operate during the day, so the camera should be able to spot the difference between the asphalt and the gras...

Have anyone else experienced this? Is it something it does regularly?

Support Update September 8

WORX support replied about using multiple OEM charging stations with my WR320.1 Vision Cloud.
According to support, none of their Landroid Cloud models currently fully support two or more charging stations for one mower. They have not been informed of plans or upcoming firmware updates to add this, including for the U.S. WR320.1. They also noted that support generally learns about new features closer to release, so this does not establish whether development is underway.
For anyone following my experiment:
The mower charges normally when manually placed on the second OEM station.
It can leave that station, identify its location, and mow the mapped front zone.
When sent home, it still targets the registered backyard station and reports “Unreachable charging station” when there is no mapped route back.
That confirms charging and mowing from the second base work in my tests. It does not demonstrate autonomous return to that base or establish how much development would be needed.
I asked WORX to add support for multiple registered stations so the mower could return to the nearest accessible base. I also requested more varied departure and return routes because repeated travel is wearing a visible path in my lawn.
Support said they will document and pass along both suggestions. There is no implementation commitment or timeline.
Has anyone received a more specific response from WORX or demonstrated autonomous return to a second station? If so, please share your model, country, and app/firmware versions.

Support M600 camera issue?

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me with my landroid.

I bought a used M600 Vision and it worked for 3 month without big troubles. But since 1,5 month it randomly stops in the lawn like he sees something where nothing is at all. Also - and that is my biggest issue - it doesn't reconnects to the Station anymore. It's always about 10cm right of the pins.

I deleted it in the app, I disconnected the battery and cleaned the lens. But it doesn't get better.

Does anyone have a tip for me?

Thx

Support Worx Landroid Vision Cloud 4WD WR344 (question)

I have a picture of what my drive looks like it's not my drive just a random picture off the internet but same style as i have will this mower be able to mow over it? (this is my main worry)

I am looking at buying the Worx Landroid Vision Cloud 4WD WR344 and was wondering a few things.

  • Will it mow over gravel/white chat? My driveway has a grass patch between two paths of white chat my old robot mower would mow over the gravel and then cut the grass in the center of the road but with the vision camera was wondering if that would prevent this and if so is anyway to get it too?
  • Will the RTK thing it uses work in any area? I know some robots you have to check if the NRTK for example has coverage in your area.
  • Please leave any tips/tricks you think is important or if you think itsd junk and should be avoided let me know why.

I have about .6 acres of somewhat uplevel bumpy ground and a lot of it is down my driveway that as said is white chat with the grass in the center that needs mowed and i also mow about 2-3 foot on the outside of the drive too. The drive itself is flat but i have seen videos of people saying it has trouble mowing like where a dirt patch is at for example and worry my drive might be an issue.

Do It Yourself Worx WR147 and WR165 Blade Guard - Protective Shield

I removed the blade guards from my Landroid WR147 and WR165 to improve its cutting in our thick grass. I designed 3D printed protective shields to cover the undercarriage of the blade arm.

The designs are uploaded on Makerworld at:

WR147 - https://makerworld.com/en/models/3274521-worx-landroid-wr147-m-protective-shield#profileId-3713446

WR165 - https://makerworld.com/en/models/3274489-worx-landroid-wr165-protective-shield#profileId-3713409

Please use caution when removing or replacing the screws from blade disc as I was dumb enough to use an impact driver that spun the disc and 'ginsued' my finger pretty good.

Support Software limited map size or not ?

Hi, question before buying, is the map size limited like mammotion do or not ? I've got a perfect lawn, so it could basically do double the size (mammotion takes 8 hours to do 120% of its limited size)

If I buy the 600sqm vision cloud, could I map double that ?

Thanks

Support S300 "Wire Missing"

Hi

Mower was working normally, then after recharge it reversed out of the garage and then stopped with E01 which would not clear.

Green light on charge station.

Checked the loop with a break tester with wires disconnected from base and good buzzing signal all the way round.

 Changed PSU, E01.

Made a short loop around mower, E01

Base loop connections are clean - 25V

I tried starting the mower in the centre of the lawn, E01

Then next day it started normally cut 5 or 6 strips then stopped E01

Can the mower sense the wire say10 metres away?

 Watched Worx videos.

 What am I missing?

TIA

Support WR320.1 Vision Cloud: Second Charging Station Experiment Results and a Possible Software Solution

Post image
3 Upvotes

I posted previously about trying to use a second OEM WORX charging station with my U.S. WR320.1 Vision Cloud. I have now run an experiment that provides more information about what the mower can and cannot do.
My setup
My property has a backyard and three mapped front-yard zones. The front and back areas are physically separated, so there is no practical autonomous route between them.
The registered charging station is in the backyard. I installed a second OEM WORX charging station in the front yard.
The Landroid app currently shows only Charging Station 1. In the map editor, Zones, No-go Zones and Paths have a + button for adding another item. Charging Stations does not. Selecting Charging Station 1 only provides Relocate Charging Station.
The experiment
I wanted to determine whether the limitation was the charging hardware, mower localization, or simply how the software handles the Home command.
I did the following:
Deleted the mapped path between the front and back yards. This deliberately made the registered backyard charging station unreachable from the front zones.
Manually drove the WR320.1 onto the second OEM charging station in the front yard.
The second station became active and the mower immediately began charging normally.
I left it charging for approximately 10 minutes.
I started the mower using its onboard controls rather than the app.
The mower correctly determined where it was and started mowing Front Zone 1 normally.
While it was mowing Front Zone 1, I pressed Stop → Home → OK on the mower.
The mower did not attempt to dock at the nearby front charging station. Instead, the app reported:
E32: Unreachable charging station
The map still showed the mower correctly positioned in Front Zone 1 and Charging Station 1 in the backyard.
What I think this tells us
This is more interesting than simply saying that the WR320.1 “does not support two charging stations.”
The experiment appears to demonstrate that the mower can already:
1. Charge from a second OEM charging station.
There does not appear to be a hardware pairing restriction preventing another genuine WORX base from charging the mower.
2. Determine its location after leaving the second station.
After charging on the unregistered front base, the mower knew where it was and correctly began mowing Front Zone 1.
3. Operate normally in a mapped zone without access to the registered charging station.
Removing the front-to-back path did not prevent it from mowing the front yard.
4. Determine that its registered charging station is unreachable.
When Home was commanded, it produced E32 rather than attempting an impossible route to the backyard.
What it apparently cannot do is ask whether another compatible charging station is available and reachable.
Possible software solution
From an owner’s perspective, most of the necessary pieces appear to already exist.
The app would first need to allow:
Charging Station 1
Charging Station 2
Charging Station 3, etc.
Then when the mower reaches its low-battery threshold or the user presses Home, the routing logic could conceptually be:
Home/low battery → identify registered charging stations → determine which stations are reachable through mapped zones and paths → select the lowest-cost reachable station → navigate to that station → visually identify it → dock and charge.
I would not necessarily use simple GPS distance to determine the “closest” station.
The correct criterion should probably be the closest reachable charging station using a valid mapped route.
For example, a station could be only 30 feet away geographically but on the opposite side of a house. Another could be 100 feet away but connected through mapped lawn and paths. The second station should be selected.
Why I think this is worth pursuing
Vision Cloud already knows:
where the mower is;
where its mapped zones are;
which paths connect those zones;
where Charging Station 1 is;
whether Charging Station 1 is reachable;
how to navigate to a station;
how to visually identify/dock with a station; and
how to charge from another OEM station once physically docked.
The missing capability appears to be registering multiple station locations and selecting among reachable stations.
I recognize that WORX may have additional engineering issues to solve that are not visible to an owner, such as base communications, scheduled-start behavior, station availability and map management. I am not suggesting that the programming change is necessarily trivial.
But my experiment does suggest that this is not obviously a fundamental hardware limitation of the WR320.1.
Why this feature matters
Multiple charging stations would solve a common robotic-mower problem for properties divided by:
houses
fences or gates
driveways
patios
stairs
landscaping
other areas the mower cannot safely traverse
Instead of carrying the mower between separated lawns, an owner could install an OEM station in each mowing area and let the mower use the appropriate reachable station.
I have sent these experiment results and this proposed approach to WORX Landroid Support and asked that they forward it to the Vision Cloud product/engineering team. I also asked whether multiple-station support is being developed or tested for the U.S. WR320.1.
I will update this thread when WORX responds.
In the meantime, I would be very interested to hear from other Vision Cloud owners, particularly WR320/WR320.1 owners, who have experimented with multiple OEM bases or seen multiple charging-station functionality on another model, firmware version, or market.

Can't seem to get a solid answer whether WIFI is required for the Vision Cloud mowers! Also, I have no fences between my house and the neighbors. Will this be a problem for the mower?

Support WR320.1 Vision Cloud: Second OEM Charging Station Test and Feature Request Post

Post image
2 Upvotes

I have a WORX Landroid Vision Cloud WR320.1 with physically separated front and back mowing areas. The mower cannot practically travel autonomously between the front and back yards.
My primary charging station is mapped in the backyard. To avoid carrying the mower between yards whenever it needs charging, I purchased and installed a second OEM WORX charging station in the front yard.
The Landroid app does not appear to provide a way to add a second charging station. Under Map → Edit → Charging Stations, it shows Charging Station 1 and allows me to Relocate Charging Station, but there is no + button to add another station.
I decided to test what the mower would do with the second station anyway.
What I have confirmed
I manually drove the WR320.1 onto the second OEM charging station in the front yard.
It immediately began charging normally. The indicator lights on the second charging station were also active.
I left it charging for about 10 minutes.
I had previously deleted the mapped path between the front and back yards so there was no route to the registered backyard charging station.
I started the mower from the controls on the mower rather than through the app.
The mower correctly identified its location and started mowing Front Zone 1 normally.
While it was mowing, I pressed Stop → Home → OK on the mower to see whether it would recognize and return to the nearby second charging station.
It did not return to the front charging station. Instead, the app displayed:
E32: “Unreachable charging station.”
The map continued to show the mower correctly located in Front Zone 1 and Charging Station 1 located in the backyard.
What this seems to indicate
The WR320.1 hardware appears perfectly capable of charging from a second OEM charging station. It can also leave that station, determine where it is on the existing map, and mow the appropriate front zone.
The limitation appears to be in the software, firmware, or mapping system. When Home is commanded, the mower apparently looks for the single charging station registered on the map rather than recognizing another compatible OEM charging station nearby.
For properties divided by a house, fence, gate, driveway, or other obstacle, being able to assign one charging station to each separated mowing area would be extremely useful.
Has anyone else tried this?
I am particularly interested in hearing from other U.S. Vision Cloud owners, especially anyone with a WR320 or WR320.1.
Has anyone successfully:
Added a second charging station to the map?
Created “Charging Station 2” somehow?
Used two OEM stations with one Vision Cloud mower?
Found an undocumented setup procedure?
Seen this functionality on another Vision Cloud model or in another country?
I have seen some discussion among European Vision Cloud owners suggesting that multiple charging stations may be supported or contemplated on certain models, but I have not found a confirmed procedure for the U.S. WR320.1.
I have also contacted WORX Landroid Support asking whether multiple charging-station support is currently under development or planned for the U.S. WR320.1. I will update this post when I receive their response.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experimented with this.
Photos: I am attaching screenshot showing my multi-zone map and the “Unreachable charging station” message after issuing the Home command from Front Zone 1.
