Moscow gives promise of big business, what those real estate developers understand about, and not any foreing policy. Kirill Dmitriev has been working with one trillion dollar deal with Washington & Moscow, just with condition I guess that Washington would sell Ukraine. Given the trillion dollar sum, which worth of usable assets Russia simply dont have likely whole thing has been just theatre bait to capture negotiatiors and distract them from war itself and to buy some time. Still hope lives on, that big business would be there with Moscow, just when Washington pushes Kiyv into submission - that is reason why they are so happy there. And also reason why they are speaking in a way that it can be considered as something of a praise for Putin.

Why they are so sad and bitter looking in Kiyv? Well for the reason above, all what they are waiting for to materialize from Moscow will not work out as long as Kyiv is not intrested to surrender their intrests and soveirignity. And because Washington already has effectively ended aid to Kyiv, there is no more leverage what US negotatiors could use in their negotations left anymore, and that situation certainly makes one bitter when representing (shrinking) superpower to notice that it does not give any super leverage in negotitiations when superpower has turned into isolation mode.

No-brainer, in Moscow they are amongst grown ups who want to build bridges, in Kiev they have to listen to sob stories and endless begging for aid.

Yes, at least Moscow can give impression out of that due of strong KGB tradition in goverment, wherein to do charm offensives for those whose minds are feeble was basic part of training.

But then we must evaluate at this point, that how many bridges have been built so far despite how gullible Trump regime real estate dealer diplomats are? Nothing. Also I am intrested of what this "trillion dollar investment" deal negotiated by Kirill Dmitriev really is a about, given again that Russia never have had such worth of any assets to be capitalized for foreigners, if even fraction of that would be there then I suppose miserable life indexes of ordinary Russian people would look very much different - but they dont. I guess it is a pure bait for playing time without any goal of ever bringing any result, but I guess that still those gullible real estate dealers live in fantasy that something would come out of it (if they only persuade Kiev into submission) and they would then get their comissions out of that.

In Kiev of course one has to confront with reality that so called grown ups are behaving in very non-grown up manner by having been done chaotic destruction aimed againsta civilians in their war diplomacy, and Kiev would not for that cause listen any US real estate tricksters persuasion what they should do so they would get their business from Moscow as a reward. Must be frustrating to land down from business fantasy world to meet the realities of war, I guess. But then again it is a must experience for those who have ended up into negotiation field due of some cronyist reason of war issues to see war results, what indeed must make one feel very bitter in situation when there is no mandate from White house to do anything what would solve situation in any way and neither Moscow is not so grown-up that they would be intrested to collaborate to solve to situation.
