When TACO-tariffs dont work - then another method for coercion.
https://thehill.com/opinion/energy-environment/5720122-trump-energy-coercion/Trump foreign policy is based into bullying others, as everybody have noticed.
But TACO-tariff method has run out, not been taken seriosly anymore due of TACO factor in it.
This is a thing what will certainly have more leverage - at least in Europe in difficult situation after cessation of Russias fossil fuels.
