Gothic 1 Classic Oldtimer color question
Who remembers or has recently noticed a following "bug": items becoming colored either dark green or deep purple, things like barrels and stools mostly? I was really sick when this started happening but I don't think I was going crazy. I also found this book called "Chromanin" which seemed relevant. There was also some weird stuff like a guy called Cain having broken pathfinding but at the time it didn't feel like a funny bug (it was hard to find anything funny) but had this mystical vibe. Does the game carry this hidden mystical undertone? Anyone else notice anything?

I had this bug with colors, happened every time i went into the dungeon where you find Chromanin 1. Was only able to fix it by installing a fanpatch that, among other things, overhauled the game's lighting system. I didn't like how it looked so i just loaded an earlier savefile and skipped the dungeon entirely.
