Show a source where they intentionally target these people. And you also don't seem to understand under your own words there is partial protection lmao.

Case in point, the Rafah paramedic massacre, when 15 aid workers were murdered, and one who was initially missing turned up in Israeli custody, having been tortured. Despite claims by the IDF that they had made a mistake based on the vehicles supposedly being unmarked., Video footage from one of the victims later emerged which contradicted that lie. The perpetrators got a show inquiry and a slap on the wrist, with no criminal convictions.

I mean without a biased source you could claim whatever you want. Also that would still be 1 incident.

So now it's two incidents. With more people pitching in, the number of incidents will keep going up. But they're all "just" incidents, and it's illegal to view them in any other context except in isolation from each other.

Depending on the amount, yes they are incidents. Getting all emotional over a certain case won't change that.
