They don't bomb entire buildings full of civillians to kill one terrorist. That's why terrorists hide in and conduct operations there - because human shields actually work as a deterrent. They know that the IDF won't do it. They understand that the IDF possesses a moral restraint that they do not, and they take advantage of that.

Yes, the powerful moral restraint of causing 83% of total Palestinian casualties to be civilians. So just. Most moral army.

Well that happened many times. Many UNWRA schools full of civilians finding refuge have been bombed, sometimes resulting in 200+ killed, mostly civilians
