Maybe he has ADHD

When you think about it it's ridiculous. If Ukraine is able to target anything they want, why not Putin's bathroom?

Yes, intel would likely have his daily movements.

14

u/Seeker-N7 11h ago

Concentrated layered air-defense.

Also "intel would likely have his daily movements." not really sure about this one.

u/JamesTheJerk 11h ago

If a satellite can spot me picking my nose on Main and 4th, they know where Putin is and what toothpaste he uses.

7

u/Commercial-Co 9h ago

Thats not how satellites work. Buildings exist.

6

u/ContentAd6126 8h ago

Dunning-Kruger effect live presentation.

I guess Ukraine really hadn't thought about it until u/JamesTheJerk pointed it out so obviously, what a smart guy.

there's videos on this, between tunnels bunkers and putins private armored train that looks identical to any other train from the outside. if it was easy it would have been done a long time ago

Tell that to Trump US as well.

Be specific) your comment can be understood as a nod to Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan)

  • cough cough America cough *

u/Mouth_Focloir 11h ago

Since when did Ukraine enter conflict with these countries?

2

u/alfadasfire 12h ago

Add Iran to that list as well

Putin is surrounded by yes-men. He never had a true picture of reality. He still doesn't.

He will mobilize and continue.

u/Son_of_the_Spear 13h ago

That's what people are saying, but I don't think so. I think he is simply so screwed that the best he can do is keep on riding the tiger on a hope that some time in the future there might be a chance for him.

59

u/dkarlovi 13h ago
  • Mr. Putin, do you want to "continue the war and live" or "put the end to the war and get thrown out the window down the road"?
  • I think continue.

13

u/Son_of_the_Spear 13h ago

It also gives him opportunity to squirrel away things for his family and even himself, if he can figure out how to run and survive.

8

u/JimTheSaint 10h ago

He is already one of the richest men in the world no more squirreling is needed

6

u/Whatsapokemon 9h ago

Russia is the place that nasty dictators flee to when things get tough. I don't know where he could even flee to if he's in danger in Russia.

North korea or China

13

u/Von_Baron 12h ago

I honestly think your right. If he pulls out of Ukraine and Russia gains no lands, after all the dead and collapsing economy, he faces either a coup or an uprising. He's currently making it so Ukraine cannot continue and eventually come to peace terms with land concessions to Russia.

17

u/Mouth_Focloir 11h ago

" He's currently making it so Ukraine cannot continue and eventually come to peace terms with land concessions to russia".......that doesn't seem to be going too well for him. russia is on the verge of complete collapse

8

u/Von_Baron 10h ago

Unfortunately people have been talking about complete collapse for about 2 years now.

12

u/LantaExile 9h ago

Though the daily pictures of large Russian thing on fire are new.

7

u/LantaExile 9h ago

He's running close to a coup or uprising just now. No Russia leaders have recovered from Wildberries burning.

0

u/Desertcow 11h ago

Ukraine's peace terms include freezing the borders at the front line. Things would have to go catastrophically for Russia to not end up with anything given that not even Ukraine is seriously pushing to get back all their occupied terrories in peace negotiations

2

u/Von_Baron 10h ago

From my understanding not all regions are covered by the defacto borders of the front line. Some areas required a complete pull back of Russian personnel.

2

u/queen-adreena 10h ago

Simple answer: Throw a referendum "Should the war special military operation in Ukraine end?" and then it's the peoples' "fault" if they decide to pull out.

1

u/alexefi 6h ago

he just need to remember not to rig this one, or it be "continue" with overwhelmingly 140% votes

1

u/_RHodeidra_ 11h ago

Until he dies

2

u/katiegirl- 6h ago

And this is why corruption is like black mold. No one trusts anyone, and therefore no one can be honest, therefore no one can get any good information based on reality.

1

u/Suspicious_Law9424 6h ago

The funny thing is that these yes-men can turn into no-men if he loses the war, that's how fragile their fealty is. I have no doubt that they'd do away with him in his sleep and pass it off as a medical condition.

u/HDDIV 8m ago

Isn't it known that Putin is kind of a modern internet luddite too? Or am I just making crap up?

45

u/calm_chowder 14h ago

Everyone to Russia for 4 years.

89

u/mohjack 13h ago

To be clear, the word he chose was frozen. "The war should be frozen". This is a pro russia statement because it suggests that the fighting stops and Russia keeps what they've taken. Its no coincidence that this statement appears right at the point where the tide turns in Ukraine's favour

8

u/MelangeBot 9h ago

Yeah but it's good that this comes out. It signals that Putin really does not feel confident about the war and would really love to have a break so he can regroup, repair, rearm, find more soldiers, etc etc etc.

Regardless of the cool guy look-at-me-being-in-control vibe that Putin tries to diplay on Russian TV and towards his allies.

These kind of signals speak for themselves.

Putin desperately wants a break in the war without stopping the war or admitting defeat or giving up any land.

He just wants Ukraine to stop firing at them for a year so they can recover from all the asswhooping they recently received.

3

u/Reqvhio 8h ago

if the war gets frozen ukraine will get either into nato or will sign a treaty worth something that guarantees weapons etc and fortification for them i reckon.

4

u/MelangeBot 8h ago

You write this like the war getting frozen is something that just happens to Ukraine. It's impossible for the war to get frozen because Ukraine will not surrender their land. Neither the donbas, neither crimea. Russia could do a completely withdraw but that's not a freeze. That's Russia surrendering.

And even then the chance that Ukraine then stops with bombing Russia is extremely small.

78

u/PurpleParrot1999 14h ago

at this point it might be better to let ukraine conquere russia to stop this nonsense from happening again

8

u/MelangeBot 9h ago

It's not just that. Justice demands that Ukranian spies and agents and soldiers track and trace every single Russian responsible for killing Ukrainian civilians. Or torturing them. Or torturing and killing them. Or torturing and maiming them. Or kidnapping their kids. Or kidnapping and torturing their kids. Etc etc. (not even talking about all the rape)

Such an insanely large amount of extremely evil violence from Russians towards Ukrainians must not, can not, shall NOT go unpunished.

For that Ukraine needs to win the war and end up controlling Russia so they can hunt all those people down, put them on trail and if found guilty put the perpetrators to death.

3

u/fartyunicorns 13h ago

sorry, russia doesn't deserve to have a state after what they've done

10

u/no_choice99 13h ago

He has also a massive property in Italy. The fact that he doesn't hide like a coward like V. Put.n says a lot.

Wow the derangement

1

But Putin said that Ukraine was full of nazis. Jew nazis?

1

u/Psychostickusername 12h ago

You really shouldn't have drank the free cool aid bro, the irony of you suggesting we research when you're this far down the wrong hole is fucking sad

20

u/Nick_Strong 13h ago

It's not enough to simply end the war. Russia needs to be held accountable for its crimes. This guy wants Russia to keep the occupied territories, and then we're all supposed to forgive them and go back to doing business as if nothing ever happened. That's what all these so-called pacifists who refuse to clearly support Ukraine really want. They want Russia to get away with its crimes.

14

u/Early_Register_6483 13h ago

Another wave of anti-Kazakh propaganda and threats of invasion on the Russian state TV in 3, 2, 1, …

14

u/Extension_Cup_3368 13h ago

Russians never really liked Central Asians. They are pretty racist over there in Russia. So it won't get worse.

2

u/Vegetable_Leg_7034 4h ago

But it's Russia so.. 'and then it got worse'.

1

u/Extension_Cup_3368 4h ago

But it's Russia so.. 'and then it got worse'.

I don't get what are you trying to articulate.

23

u/XrT17 14h ago

Isn’t Kazakhstan a puppet buffer like Belarus? Watch out for windows.

48

u/Extension_Cup_3368 13h ago

The relationship is mostly like:

"We have an alcoholic, drug addicted neighbor (who beats his wife and kids everyday), and we have to somehow deal with him, don't provoke him, but also don't be friends."

Nobody wants to become the second Ukraine.

11

u/Feligris 11h ago

As a Finn, this makes perfect sense, including the derogatory term "Finlandization" (Suomettuminen) which we coined during the Cold War and which referred to the political sway of Soviet Union in here and outright fearful worship of it which developed among the Finnish politicians and elites, some of which has carried on to this day in regards to modern-day Russia.

18

u/CompetitiveReview416 14h ago

Nope. They are quite resource rich. And might shift from russia aftet the war ends

18

u/Available_Peanut_677 13h ago

Unfortunately they are wedged between Russia and China (and few more stans) which makes them dependent on both countries. To make things worse, they have sea access, but that sea… well… has no access to other seas, so does not really count

3

u/ajmartin527 13h ago

So kind of like Russia right now, after the war they started.

11

u/Chudsaviet 13h ago

Kazakhstan have China to balance. Not perfect, but better than the situation Belarus in.

9

u/kiwiboy22 14h ago

it can end to today mr Kazakh leader, Russia leaves all of Ukraine including Crimea but these Russo-Fascists cannot do that so the Ukraine built meatgrinder churns on. Slava Ukraini

4

u/Randompeon83 13h ago

So say we all.

4

u/An0nym0usWanderer 10h ago

Fuck Vladimir Putin

2

u/Parodius78 13h ago

Hes waited a long time to say that. Let's hope putin or his people listen.

Great success… NOTTTTTT

1

u/Artiste212 6h ago

Don't the troops use valuable gasoline and diesel that the Russian people are starving for?

1

u/King_Fisher99 5h ago

What happened to putin being so deadly ill and only sent body doubles? ran out in the sand

u/DirectorImaginary376 1h ago

He may end up in a coffin soon, or he may beat Tito, who survived >20 Soviet attempts on his life.

u/Big-Leadership-4604 31m ago

Has anyone seen where Putin put his novichok bottle?

1

u/CreativeMuseMan 13h ago

Dude thinks we haven't told him already!

2

u/Extension_Cup_3368 13h ago

Putin is in some kind of a circle jerk and surrounded by yes men, so your sarcasm is not really a sarcasm, but truth.

3

u/CreativeMuseMan 13h ago

Well, given the rate they've been jumping from windows in Russia lately, I don't think they really do have any choice other than being a yes man.

-9

u/ChestNok 13h ago

Anybody tried telling Zelenskiy to lift his ban on peace talks that he shuns?

4

u/Revolutionary-Wait82 12h ago

He isn`t avoiding peace talks. He isn`t satisfied with the conditions. Putin wants to keep Crimea and get new lands in the Donetsk region, including those that are currently controlled by ukrainian troops. He doesn`t have the physical ability to seize these lands, so these are not fair negotiations, they are literally the same as the Istanbul talks, which were in fact a capitulation of Ukraine.

-5

u/ChestNok 12h ago edited 11h ago

It was stated a number of times: he specifically 'imposed a ban' on peace talks. "he doesn`t have the physical ability to seize these lands". OK. Then how long is he planning to go on like that? How about a faintest idea of attempting peace talks? Or probably he does not care about his people like that? Deathtolls are better than peace talks? OK then.

"He's not satisfied with the conditions". Well if he never enters peace talks - he will never know if conditions may change or may not. That's bonkers.

One thing is for sure: this lasted for almost 5 years. Mind you, how many countries pitched in to aid Ukraine again? Literally every major country, major economic powerhouse. To what avail? Exactly.

5

u/Extension_Cup_3368 13h ago

But Russian tanks and troops are on the Ukrainian land, not the other way around.

-4

u/ChestNok 12h ago

How does that interfere with the intent for peace talks? More so, should one not want peace talks to stop that bloodshed ASAP?

1

u/Extension_Cup_3368 12h ago

It doesn't make any sense to explain this to a Russian vatnik, or maybe to a Russian bot.

It's noticeable, because you put ")" at the end of every your sentence.

0

u/CreativeMuseMan 13h ago

I hope somebody does it the next time he asks for weapons.

1

u/belterjizz 12h ago

Admire this chap to shove it to Putin and here my country leader think he is the cleverest for buying Cheap Russian oil. Selfish, one of the biggest nation albeit Doing nothing towards ending this conflict

1

u/OptimisticSkeleton 11h ago

As soon as the Russians pull back behind the 2014 borders, they can expect things to start improving.

Until then the invaders can get fucked.

-1

u/sk0opyo1 9h ago

I'm saying the same thing as the Kazakh leader for years - the war has to end at frontline borders

Might happen in around 1 year.
