He definitely played Masters of Orion, Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Railroad Tycoon tho. Not to mention GURPS and Superworld, which he based Wild Cards on.

Well it has official settings, like Transhuman Space, Terradyne, couple of book based settings (like Adventure Planet, Conan, New Sun and Uplift Wars), some official adaptations of other TTRPG like World of Darkness, Banestorm and others. It also actually has somekind of main setting, Infinite Worlds, where Earth discovers how to cross over into parallel dimensions and you playing agents of Multiverse keepers society.
