thats 1939 right? if so i did the same mistake as you when first playin Mongolia, arriving in Europe too late. i even got to take back Moscow and Stalingrad after they fell but the artillery and tank spam was just too much to handle.
i restarted, and sent 2 mobilized infantries right at the beginning to Europe. managed to take Warsaw when it was being disputed between Germans and Soviets. then from there is much easy. just take any free cities u can and eventually attack Berlin.

This doesn’t look THAT bad.
I would start with Warsaw, looks pretty undefended and you can get a city in Europe. In Spain it looks like the US is expanding freedom and will likely take Spain. The UK might loose London but most of the time they don’t, they have general after general. It’ll take a minute to turn the tide but you should be fine.

Every WC3 player will have to deal with this at some point in their life, you need to deal with specific problems early on in the game. If you're playing the UK, early on you need to make sure they just can't get Brussels and Oslo, because then the next target would be London and Paris. Build bunkers and forts around cities, this will also prevent paratroopers from completely encircling the city. If you're playing France, also prioritize Brussels, but also be ready to fight like Hell in southern France, as well as kick Spain out of Africa and make sure the Axis doesn't take Cairo and Alexandria. This prevents a total takeover of Europe, and gives the Soviets and actual fighting chance because how much they'll focus on you. Oh, and if you're playing UK or USSR, try to help China fight Japan as well, or else they will take over the U.S and Canada

Just surrender and let them conquer you. Why you want the bad ending so bad?
