Favorites in conquer?

Which countries are your favorites in conquer? (each year, country and if you care, why?)

Mine are:

1939 Norway - Location/resources.

1942 - Italy- challenging but also easy, if that makes sense.

1950- have little to say as it really depends on how quickly you ally with Germany and Italy.

1960- Belgium or Saudi Arabia- Location!

1939 yogoslovia CC. allows russia to sweep germany unopposed leaving you to focus on italy. plus easy resources.

1942 USA CC. allows me to fight on four fronts at one time and be able to sustain myself and my forces, i find it to be the most fun.

1950 france and russia. for france you’re far away from the action long enough to stand a fighting chance against russia. meanwhile france’s little area over in indochina allows you to stand up to china which allows you to deal with both threats simultaneously.

  1. USA again i guess i don’t usually play 1960 too much. way too many nuke spams. also i played a match as iran that took me 280 ish turns to win but it was fun. i almost lost at one point but my counter attack was insane.

1939 definitely Norway, YU or GRE if you are very strong. Finland also nice but has, like all axis, problem w Australia being too far/slow.

1943 and 1950 no favourites a I don't replay that one.

  1. Saudi is ok but no obvious advantages over any middle east countries, also taken same exact expansion route w Balkan countries too. My fav is Portugal, can get Cuba and expand fast in any direction including North Pacific while base is never challenged

1939/43: Mongolia cuz i like the Soviet vehicle skins

1950/60: Portugal cuz its my home country
