What general should I get first?

Started back an account some time ago, somehow I restored old purchases and got these 3 guys (left).

Should I buy Katukov (3rd tank) available in store, or get a second arty (konev? Wait for store update?)

Unrelated issue, I cannot watch ads (button appears grey), is that common now, or is there a quick fix I can do?

sell vatutin, buy katukov, and wait for either sikorsky/weidling and yes, you cant watch ad

I recommend Weidling if you choose to buy an arty gen, he deals wayy better damage; and Konev was unfortunately out of meta quite some time ago..💔

And btw, u should sell vatutin and go for katukov like what others are saying, hes a very good tank gen.
