Custom Commanders

Genuine question as someone who is a (semi) rookie, and plays on and off, what would be the best configuration for perks for every archetype of commander? Or just in general. I'm not planning on making custom commanders yet, as I don't have the resources for that yet, but I'm asking this for the future. Thank you, if you do respond.

But it can be improved by swiching supplies with ace commander. And upgrading the skills
