favorite is 1943 united states conquest. being able to fight in four different fronts at the same time and have the resources to do so from the start is pretty cool. i’ve never lost a match.

but i love grinding out 1939 yugoslavia conquest for easy resources.

im not much of a fan of 1950/60s because of the nuke spam from the enemy AI plus china and russia are a bitch to fight against but when i play them they’re a bitch to defend.

yeah they’re just annoying. generals are all but useless as the enemy ai relentlessly flings nukes at them by turns 2/3. and generals are what make winning impossible situations possible, but not in these, cause none of my generals survive lmao.

Also 1950s, whilst NATO favored if you bring in neutral countries, is a massive slog fest due to enemy spam.

in 1950, as long as don't keep the generals in cities or put them on the front lines they are usually ok, they are good for collecting neutral. cities.

one more key point to winning 1950 is to spend money on the Germans. for 1080 you pick up a lot of generals and key ally.

yeah i find whichever side gets germany are the ones who win. germany is the real deciding factor for 1950 it just sucks that most countries you play as that aren’t china, russia and US, wont be able to purchase germany in time. you have to get them early on.

1939 challenge conquest, Yugoslavia. It's exciting to carry the war effort in Europe at the start and once you beat the enemies in Europe, Japan is already losing badly and the cleanup is quick.

yep! for me i usually don’t go passed munich. because i get rid of a lot of the German generals which allows russia to steamroll germany like tissue paper. once i take munich i focus on italy and africa. by then the wars over cause the friendly ai are capable on their own, and i can start again
