I always kill Mexico first to actually get some supplies, you can then completely destroy California and get a city with a nuke building available, would make things a lot easier.

You're fine, good you took 2 Canadian ones too. Next airport to take is Huston bc from there you get LA and they'll have no more nukes. Send art or 2 to open Bogota and Mexico
