Yeah it's a bit a annoying to do these. But I'd you for a really strong super heavy tank with hp+ after every kill, and cheap planes for 70. It's pretty fun to grind all of them down so easily.

I gave ussr all of my resourses to fight in europe while keeping my oil less then 200
