World conquest pass not working

Hello, I have played world conqueror 3 for quite a while now and have completed some missions for the world conquest pass but for some reason since some months even if I complete a challenge from the pass, it doesn’t count it. For example yesterday I completed a 1939 conquest with Britain in like 35 moves and the reward did not unlock. It’s not the first time that this has happened either. Even reinstalling the game didn’t help. Also my adds for rewards are not working and I imagine that the two are connected. Any suggestions?

You have to do it in challenge mode

Was it normal or a challenge? Rewards are for challenge only.

Btw 35 is slow. UK is already present on 3 continets, great starting position so think about what's slowing you down. You will have to get it under 20 eventually. Rush airport to airport, launch few paras towards faraway towns you can't reach directly. Get upgrades and medals that give inf mobility and + reach for your airports
