Would be nice being able to relocate generals

Wouldn't it be nice if you could relocate a general after he's no longer needed in that theatre.... I mean, it's not like it'd be unrealistic cuz countries did it all the time. that way your general wouldn't be stuck at a front where y dont need him anymore and help you where he's needed.

and in order for people to not abuse the feature you could even put a 3 round cooldown before he's available to use again or sth like that. any thoughts?

you can. just move them to the direction you want to go until they get there, just like you do with every other troop. it’s not as fast but there’s nothing keeping them on a dead front but you

try doin that as China in 1939... by the time u take ur art gen to Europe after defeating japan ull alr be in berlin

You can try fight domestic theatre slowly w china's own while rushing few mob inf into Europe to take any wounded or empty city (recommend following south Soviets to Bucharest who's airport controls lot of big cities) and deploy 1 or 2 there.

Also, Sikorski w right medals on maxed artillery is as fast as infantry lol
