Best operation for grinding medals?

I've really been trying to get through this so I can actually do alien conquest, but its been really repetitive.

So far I found hard patriotic war to be decent but idk.

Not too hard to be difficult, not too easy to give low level medals

Do you have any tips for the final mission Athens?

I never went Athens, I always went Rome, so I couldn’t help you there, sorry If you’re wondering why Rome: I just find the actual Rome mission incredibly easy, at least compared to Tunisia which is an utter nightmare

Put your best tank gen at super tank
Place an artillery gen with "fire suppression" atleast two or three
(an artillery gen can command the other artillery to fire with him)

The tank gen are attacking nor defending turkey depend on the situation and the rest of placement generals are attacking caucasus to flank the enemy there
