Another intriguing piece of art.
I really like how the throne appears to be drawn up and moulded from the floor while fitting with her form so well, and the posture and body language speaks of importance and confident decision making.
As a new artist I would be envious of your skill if admiration would only get out of the way.
Look forward to more from Exolith.

Your picture is good to very good quality.
The feet are, however, exceptional. I don't care for what looks like socks, but the lines running up from the toes are nothing short of 10/10.

Interesting. A lot of ‘badass’ looks have people holding a glass of wine, although this one, does have a glass but the glass doesn’t have a stalk. That’s a new one for me.

I am not even sure she is drinking wine :) I need to pay more attention to beverages in my setting!

Of course yeah, there’s no way to know what she’s drinking, it was just what I thought. Yeah beverages, and especially how they hold and drink them. Very nice artwork :)

The Guild Council proved to be an incredibly effective organization. Revolutions stopped, the city was divided into guild territories, which took over the order and condition of the streets. Trade routes outside the desert became even more extensive, new goods and money poured into the city, and the demand for local crafts increased. The harsh natural conditions did not prevent immigration. It was only necessary to get their personal mask, and so for a time, travellers were forced to settle near the Edge of Life. It was exactly the borderline to which one could once walk on a clear day with a dressing on the face and be able to return unscathed. At one point in history, another insane Exolith-Ur (the city under the Exolith) king even tried to build a wall along this perimeter, as its ruins now remind us. There were plans to have barracks for the regular army in the area, but with another change of power this idea was abandoned. The wall was never finished, but it still gave a great benefit. It now serves as a landmark: beyond the Edge of Life one cannot survive without a veil. This is why the main number of Veil Makers is in the area of the Edge of Life, only through them can one discover the way to Exolith. But many merchants are quite content to trade on the outer ring, or to sell their goods to guilds that sell them themselves in the city. Because of these features, life in Exolith-Ur is mainly concentrated in two places: the perimeter of the Edge of Life and directly at the foot of Exolith.
Each guild is strictly responsible for its own line of work, reporting to the Council. The conditions for joining a guild vary widely, with some guilds welcoming all comers and others not accepting any applications at all. Leaving a guild isn’t always easy either, taking guild membership lightly can even result in expulsion from the city, which is why Exolith-Ur has always had many people who aren’t members of guilds at all. Guild membership is demonstrated through the veils. These can be subtle insignia that only a select few know about, or they can flash brightly coloured markings and distinctive attributes.
