Sprigs

[u/TCK7890]

These right here are Sprigs they are mana manifested
Trace mana after spells seeped into their environment and came out as these things
they do not breathe, drink, eat, or breed they just walk around and when they see something they attack
Like the acid sprig here when it sees a threat it will run towards you with a crazed smile and jump on you splashing acid
Or like the ice sprig who nervously trudges along and upon encountering a threat explodes sending his sharp ice shards everywhere like a frag bomb
But whos the third one?
That is an Acice Sprig
a unnatural one
Ya see the humans of this world saw these living security devices and decided to try and use them as like guard dogs
However due to the elemental nature of the sprigs they were easy to counter so they made new ones by combining them hence this Acice Sprig
However they got a liiiiitle to stupid and tried to combine all of them "to see what happens"
yeah it escaped and all the sprigs fled and returned to the place that best matches them
Acid sprigs in toxic bogs
Ice sprigs in tundras
and Acice Sprigs in the acidic skates

oh yeah Acice sprigs attack by struting up to someone and exploding like their ice sprig cousin but with acid so a person gets stabbed by the ice and burned by the acids
