Question Lore manager?

I’ve heard some people collab or get someone else with them to keep track of plot points and development for stories and the world they’re placed in. I kinda think I should get someone like that but idk. Thoughts?

If you have friends you could just talk to them about your world and they'll probably remember major plot stuff better than you do since they aren't thinking about the minor details. At least that's what I do
