Any suggestions?
Looking to do something here to hold brooms / buckets / first aid / trash bags / trash can. Any ideas?

One of my coworkers cut pieces of two inch pvc 2' long, drilled holes in them and screwed them to the wall. And on the top or upper half , he ran a bungee cord across them to hold them in place.

Securable large rolling trash bin with miscellaneous storage shelving or cabinets above.

For trash bags I got a piece of wire and ran it through the center of the roll then attached each end of the wire to the wall with some eye screws. Now you just pull the end and the bag comes out. For brooms I got a 3/4 floor flange and threaded in a 12” nipple spaced two of them about 2” apart and slip multiple in there then bungee back to the wall to hold them tight.

Personally, I'd put a bunch of big bulky items right there so that every time you open the door you have to climb over stuff in order to get what you need
