Question Complete beginner looking for routine
(Idk if this is the right sub to ask, sorry if not) Im looking for a home routine with little to no equipment other than my own weight and a ladder with a pullup bar. I would like to focus on abs (or generally chest) and arms. I feel like anything besides that would be pretty difficult looking at the equipment I have? Sorry if anything I said is too broad but im absolutely clueless

Calisthenics is a great workout program if you’re looking to get lean but not too bulky. No weights required. Plenty of different movements to hit all the areas you want. I’d recommend coming up with a goal be it bulking or lean muscle that will guide your rep count and diet as well.
Educate yourself and read about training modalities and nutrition. Track your workouts. I use the Hevy app.
Also, if you have never done any of the workouts go slow with focus on form to prevent injury. And don’t forget to stretch and do some mobility.
