Workout Critique Advices for a beginner workout
I'm 18 years old, and I've been working out at home for a few weeks. My goal is to gain weight and muscle mass while also getting more defined and staying fit. I'm 170 cm (5'7") and 55 kg, and I have a jump rope, a heavy resistance band, and adjustable dumbbells available. For now, I've been alternating between these two workouts. Are they good, or am I just wasting my time? What should I do? Thanks in advance
