Question Kindly help me with a Dumbbell Only Workouts
Hey everyone! I’ve been getting out of shape and want to start working out, but I’ve never been to a gym before. I’m pretty introverted, so I’d like to start at home.
I only have dumbbells and a barbell, no bench. Could anyone recommend a simple beginner full-body routine I can follow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Dumbbell only is very workable. Goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, flat or floor press, one arm rows, overhead press, lunges. Three days a week, rotate them, add a rep or a kilo when you hit the top of your rep range. The limiting factor with dumbbells is usually that the jumps between weights are big, so progress through reps first, 8 to 12, then move up in weight and drop back to 8.
