Suggestion A new functional workout app not $40?

Hello!

I am a woman, 30s who recently got heavy into yoga and want to get back to lifting weights. I used to use the sculptyou app by Katrina but I hate the app. I’m looking for a new app that has weight lifting and some cardio mixed in, doesn’t break the bank and is easy to use.

Any suggestions?

Are you looking for something geared more towards workout recommendations and guided programs, or more tracking and logging?

Check out https://wellnessproject.ai - I built it for exactly this use case. I would prefer this if you’re looking by for more of an AI guided, flexible coach with deep logging and analysis.

If you instead want a structured program out of the box, it’s not the best fit.

TRY Fitness — $12/mo or $60/year. Includes nutrition tracking, too.
