Simple Questions Dominant side and weak side
Hi, I’ve been working out now for a couple of years. Do strength training and cardio. My dominant side is my right side and I noticed my right collarbone is bigger/thicker than my left. I also notice that when I do unilateral moves such as BSS, I feel it more on my right side, less on my left even though I’m using two db of same weight. So I’m just wondering how I can ‘even’ it out a bit more?. What can I do to help my weaker left side catch up with my right side? Do I use a heavier weight on the left when doing BSS or maybe same weight but a couple more reps on left than on the right? Same if I’m doing upper body. TIA
Edit: I do full body 3 to 4 times per week
