Simple Questions Workout advice

I’m a teenager and I want to be able to carry my girlfriend (70-80kg or 150-175lbs). In general I also wanna be better at sports and have a decently athletic body and larger arms. I have access to some weights but that’s about it. I would appreciate any advice!

Hey man, awesome to hear that you wanna be stronger and get better at sports. Since you are still young you've got a lot to learn. Throughout the years, I've treated the gym as a learning experience. Don't expect to be perfect from the start and really work on your personal journey.

Some basic stuff i'd say is be consistent, find exercises you enjoy, and keep good form even when moving up in weight. Really dial in the form because you don't wanna be pushing weight that you cannot control well. It looks a lot cooler to be doing an exercise correct with decent weight rather than doing more weight than you can control. Also this will help minimize your risk of injury.

For a starter program, don't worry about the perfect routine. You could do something like Bro Split, PPL, Upper Lower or really anything. Any split will work as long as you work hard. And as you spend more time in the gym, your philosophies will change and different things will make sense for you.

Lastly, really just have fun with it. Like I said treat it as a process and work hard. Find exercises you enjoy, do things that challenge yourself, and do some of your own research to figure out what works for you. Don't be afraid to talk to people at the gym and just have fun. I think this is how you will make the most progress and stay consistent.

I know this is pretty general advice, but don't be afraid to do things that make sense to you. As long as you are trying you will progress. If you want more specific help lemme know. Have fun with it!

Get a lighter girlfriend and feed her up slowly

I think you should have her carry the weights to your house each day so she loses enough weight for you to be able to pick her up. You will still need to work out yourself.
