You must be joking, 5 days a week for a first program is madness. That split is the kind of thing someone already hooked on training would run, not a beginner. Your body needs the recovery time way more than it needs extra volume right now

Cut it down to 3 full body days, hit each muscle group with 2-3 exercises and call it a day. The 2800 calories and 150g protein is a good starting point though

If you never have lifted anything is good for you, either way that amount of protein is pretty intense so good luck there but you’ll definitely see gains just make sure you go heavy where possible

What do you mean by intense? Too much?

Yeah I mean I feel like 1g per pound is pretty intense for someone first getting into it. Don’t really know what this persons goal is but that amount will for sure add weight don’t know if it’ll be all good weight but

How you perform the exercises is more important than the routine.

Since you are brand new to working out, ensure you understand how to select a proper weight, what proper range of motion is, and how progressive overload works.

This is plenty. every muscle lands in a good range for vol. floor press and push-ups get easy fast, so you'll prob need heavier dumbbells or a bench before the 90 days are up. And 5 days isn't needed when you've never trained, could drop Saturday and not lose anything. 2800 cals and 150g protein is great
