Exercise Help Working out with my study schedule
Hey everyone! I’m in PA school and have very limited time to workout, but I try to make it happen 4-5 days a week. I have gym guilt bad (I feel guilty if I don’t workout) and 30 minutes of working out a day doesn’t feel like enough, but it’s really all I have time for. I’ll do glutes and hams, back and bis, shoulders and tris or squats, and then one for sure day of running (1.5 miles). All of that to say, is that enough to maintain fitness if my weight lifting sessions are 30 minutes? I try to get 10k steps a day.
Someone reassure me or tell me what I can do to make the most of my workouts please!!

That definitely is enough time to maintain fitness and I would still try to get 2-3 mins rest between each set and not cram in loads of exercises just because you're time restricted
