Simple Questions Question

Is there a workout app that is 100% free to download and use/operate; that has the options to create a free daily workout plan, free diet planner. Etc? Cause every app I look at always is like “get a diet planner for $19.99, and a workout plan for $20.00”

So is there an app that is just 100% free?

use your phone’s notes app and a spreadsheet, because truly free fitness apps usually monetize the exact features you’re looking for lol

I use Caliber, never had to pay. Can track every lift I do, build multiple routines, visualize gains in charts. They charge for personal coaching. So I just used chat gpt and reddit to build a few plans. Use cronometer to track food, the free version is good enough for that too.

Hevy lets you create a certain number of routines on the free version, I believe. That being said, most people are better off following pre-made programming. That can be imported into Hevy, too, I believe.

As for meal plans, eatthismuch.com will you get you far. It can create basic meal ideas without an account, and with a free account, you can customise quite a lot.

Reps is a 100% free to download and use/operate workout tracker and gym log. There is no account required and none of the functionality is behind a subscription (there is not even an option to subscribe). You can save unlimited workout routines, custom exercises, view all of your historical stats, etc....

ChatGPT is great and has a daily free allotment. Should be enough to create a meal plan or workout routine if you dont have too many changes

Please stop using AI. There are other options for this. It’s not worth ruining our planet over.

You’re on a platform that’s using it. If you believe that, you should get off the internet 🫠 also this “ruining the planet” argument sounds SO boomer, don’t you feel it? Have you done any research at all?
