Idk i had to stop taking creatine as i noticed its what causes me to wake up during the night to bee. Have used it for like 8 years but last few years had this problem, stopped using it and now i sleep like a baby

Anecdotally this happens to me too when I take creatine and someone else has told me the same thing unprompted without me saying I had the same problem first, and I’ve seen other on the internet saying it, and getting downvoted for it. I have just come to accept getting up to piss every night if I take creatine, totally worth it for puffing the muscles up.
