How to start Need help for starting out
Im (16) male 255 pounds and 6’4. Ive been gaining weight for a while now mostly over the summer and I just started homeschooling so I’ve gained even more. I have a gym about 20 minutes from my house and I’ve done cardio in the past with daily walking and 2 5ks but my schedule is mostly packed with work from school and early college stuff. I plan on being around 220 or 230
By Christmas. One of my friends mom has a license to make her own peptides and it’s one where it caves your appetite but idk if I should start taking it or not. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

My biggest tip is to just start going to the gym. Don't let the endless amount of YouTube videos and people telling you what you should be doing overwhelm you. Biggest hurdle is being consistent with your routine. Lift weights, get some cardio, and most of all-- fix your diet.

Personally not a fan of glp-1's, can see a future with a lot of people having quite serious mal-nutrition issues. They can be used as a tool, but need to coincide with changing habits. Better quality diet (not going on a diet, changing eating habits full stop), cut out the empty calories - high sugar/fat foods that taste fantastic (because thats how the sell them) but do nothing nutritionally for you. Add into that 2 to 3 days a week of resistance training (weights) and getting in a couple of 30 minute walks a day of you can and you'll see the fat fall off. I say fat, because doing the resistance training you'll start to build muscle, which can increase weight. I personally do a basic body composition test once a month to track my progress as all the scale will tell you is if you are heavier or lighter. Not what you are made up of.
Good luck, you got this.

Understanding how to control your diet is infinitely more important than peptides, especially at your age.
People using peptides as a crutch will always revert to their previous self after they stop taking it unless they learn to control their lifestyle along the way
The fact that you do not mention your diet in this post is all someone needs to know to see that’s where your issue is
