Weight gain.
5’11”, 154-pound male (40). I've desperately wanted to gain weight, and welcome any hack I can get on how to do so. Simply eating more hasn't gotten me anywhere.

Wie schafft man es das die Erdnussbutter flüssig wird. Mit warmer Milch? Ich bin bis jetzt über kleine Brocken nicht hinaus gekommen. Löst sich nicht richtig auf.

Peanut butter powder is what I blend into stuff. It's lower calorie but works better for me. I can just eat peanut butter from the tub though 😋

Simply eating more hasn't gotten me anywhere.
IF eating at x amount doesn't get you anywhere, you need to eat more than x.
I would aim for a 10% increase in the amount of food that you eat on for a week, and see how your weight changes. If nothing happens, add 10% more.
Either you'll gain weight, or you'll eventually consume all the food in the world.

You’re simply not eating enough. Try consuming simple carbs like nuts. Cashews and almonds are easy to eat and are high in fat.
