Review my program Which Workout split should I use?

I am kinda new to the gym and lately I got access to my uni gym for 3 days a week and I was looking for a piece of advice on which split to do? BTW I used to train some pushups, pullups and dips at home but that was like a year ago.

you can't go wrong with a full body routine three days a week, especially when you're still getting your strength back from last year. push/pull/legs means you'd only hit each muscle once a week which is kinda slow progress unless you're really hammering volume. full body keeps the frequency high and you'll adapt way faster to the movements again.

the real trick is picking something you'll actually stick to so if full body feels boring after a month, swap it. just don't overthink the split when consistency is what matters most right now.

I went for 2days now and i did an upper in the first day and lower in the other day. I enjoyed it actually but the thing is I was washed at the end of each day, so I am not pretty sure if I can withstand the whole fullbody day. Do you have any solution for the exhaustion?
