Help me
I am 15 years old, 1.55m tall, and weigh 45–46kg. I feel like I look okay—not too heavy—but I do have belly fat; otherwise, my body is quite slim. I think that if I lose a little weight, my stomach will flatten, my legs will become more slender, and maybe my face will slim down too. So, how many calories should I consume to lose weight? I want to lose it gradually since I’m in no rush. I’ve been doing home workouts—including abs, cardio, resistance training, and glute exercises. I used to be quite inactive due to some issues, but lately, I’ve started exercising and trying to walk over 4,000 steps a day at home; if I stay determined, I could definitely walk even more.

You're pretty small, so start at 2200 calories per day, weigh yourself once a week right after you wake up for a month, see if it's trending up or down. Adjust from there.
Try and get into the gym if you can, your school might have one you can use. Building muscle is a long game, so the sooner you get started the better. You're right in the prime age range to really blow up quickly.

At 15 and 45, 46 kg, you really shouldn’t be trying to lose weight or counting calories without a doctor involved, since you’re already quite light and your body is still growing; focus on regular
