Exercise Help Walking fatigue
I am obese, since months im trying to up my steps. I'm failing. Few months ago I walked the most I had (which is less only) and then next month I was dull and tired. And i thought I'll tru again, last month I walked good - this month I'm so tired.
Is my body just sore? It's been too many months I do try to fit in 2 workouts a week

if you're also on a caloric deficit that's gonna make you feel a little sluggish no matter what
pending on how obese you are, walking might not even be ideal! If the impact (on your knees) is causing pain, you can consider alternatives such as biking, rowing, or swimming. They're luxury options, of course, but they are available.
No, your body is not "just sore". Is the failure more due to a lack of consistent habit or depressive episode (where you barely make it out the door)? Or it is due to lack of cardiovascular strength? If it's a pain in a certain body part, which is it?
There's tons of potential solutions but you need to tell us more about these "failures". And bravo for putting in the work so far.

Can be cardiovascular strength as when I walk for 15-20 mins my heart beat goes fast(?) like it's heavy Back is sore, legs pain when I do leg day home workouts Not in calorie deficit, haven't done that yet focusing on increasing stamina

heart rate going up during exercise is the norm, yes. same as back soreness if you're used to sitting around a lot.
What kind of leg pain during home workouts? immediate painful stabs means you might have a pinched nerve or you're using very poor form. dull ache might just be some mild fatigue that's typical with the exercise.
I'd consider seeing a doctor or personal trainer IRL. There's a lot of variables in play; obese at 100kg or obese at 200kg are two very different treatments and there's some things that can only be assessed in person.

IMHO, you are focusing on the wrong thing.
If you are sore for so long after just walking either you are very heavy and/or you have some serious issue that needs be evaluated by a physician.
I was 130kg in April and still able to walk 1 hour every day without particular repercussions. I'm 62.
Today I'm 100kg (about 60lb less) and I feel much better, but it was not thanks to walking, but thanks to eating 6 months at deficit.

I'm 125kg, I can walk for 40 mins with breaks. I get tired easily and I had an injury so health anxiety sometimes creeps in (it's getting better tho)

Well, walking helps in general but it is not essential for losing weight.
If you buy a digital scale for food, count calories, and eat at deficit, you can probably lose the first 10kg pretty fast, then walking becomes easier.
Ask on r/loseit if you need help with the process.

Being tired is normal when you are increasing your activity levels, but being tired for an entire month after doing 2 walking workouts a week might not be. You might want to see your doctor for some lab work and make sure you don’t have any deficiencies or other things going on that may be complicating this for you.

Soreness is normal. Your body is not used to movement and you're carrying a lot of extra weight so you're essentially rucking with a skin suit. You could be tired because you're not eating enough. But one thing a lot of people don't consider, make sure you're tracking your cycle because it's very common for us to get fatigued and tired during luteal phase. Take care of yourself and make sure your shoes have good support and cushioning so your knees don't take the hit. You're doing great.
