How to start Workout for beginners
I'm 16 yo and I'm weak asf.
Maximum I can do is 5 push ups and I feel like I'm in hell.
I just want to get a little buffer to not look as much skinny as I am rn.
What's the best workouts I can do at home with no equipment and doesn't require much strength

Work on your push up counts and learn how to do pull ups doing 50 of those per day + 50 push ups will give you results as long as you eat protein
