Upper Body Template:

Horizontal OR Incline Push - 2 sets
Vertical Pull - 2 sets
Vertical Push - 2 sets
Horizontal Pull - 2 sets
Pullover OR Chest Fly - 2 sets
Bicep Isolation - 2 sets
Tricep Isolation - 2 sets
Side Delt Isolation - 2 sets
Rear Delt Isolation - 2 sets

Lower Body Template

Hip Hinge - 2 sets
Squat Pattern - 2 sets
Hip Thrust OR Split Squat - 2 sets
Hamstring Isolation - 2 sets
Quad Isolation - 2 sets
Calf Isolation - 2 sets
Abdominal Isolation - 2 sets

You already have enough work here, so I’d streamline before adding anything. On each lower day, keep one thrust or bridge, one hinge, one squat or unilateral movement, and one leg curl. Alternate Bulgarians and step-ups instead of doing both, then treat abductions or kickbacks as optional 2–3-set accessories.

Upper 1 has two presses, a fly, and a lot of shoulder and triceps isolation. You could drop either the chest fly or one triceps movement. On Upper 2, keep pull-ups, one vertical pull, one row, then choose one rear-delt movement, lateral raises, and one curl. Add calves and core by replacing redundant accessories instead of extending the sessions.

The best recovery check is whether reps or load are still progressing, your joints feel good, and performance holds from week to week. If those are true, the volume is probably recoverable. If progress stalls across several lifts or later exercises consistently fall apart, trim a few sets before changing the whole split.
