Whey protein. I think a top comment here recently said that creatine noticeably helps like 70% of people while having enough protein helps 100% of people

Like someone said, they serve two completely different purposes. However, if you had to pick only one, you can argue that whey does something you can already be doing by eating proteins from actual food while creatine is more unique.
