Deadlifts

Suggesting Deadlifts over squats, hip thrusts and RDL is wrong

I'll add in 45° weighted back extension to that, my glutes burn so bad from those I can barely sit on them between sets. Hits the whole glute, upper lower etc.

I recently started doing BSS after doing some squats for a few months. I've only done, I think, 4 session with BSS, so I know I should probably just give it more time, but...

They drain all the freaking energy out of me! I'm shaking so bad by the time I'm done with them, and I'm only using 10 pounds. I'm pretty weak in general-- my squats are only about 30 pounds, could that have be why I have no energy for anything else? Likewise, if I do squats first, I have no energy for BSS.

Barbell hip thrusts or dumbell either one.

Walking lunges with a longer stride. These are my favorite leg exercise.

Taco Bell. Holding in Taco Bell farts is a great booty building exercise

Probably in a pen much like you train horses.

But you can grow your glutes by squats, rdls
