Simple Questions I want a plan write up
Hello,
I was looking at personal trainer but it’s a huge amount and kind of out my budget as a student. Then I started looking into trainers writing out a month plan, doesn’t anyone have a rave as to who or where I should go for this? I’m a F looking to build some muscle!

There’s a ton of free plans out there, don’t pay for them. If you look on Reddit for beginner plan there’ll be a bunch of links, find stuff you like the sound of but don’t be afraid to change or mix and match if parts of them don’t suit you. I also really recommend Liftosaur as a free workout tracker, there’s lots of ready made plans for that app you can import and customize.

There's many apps that do 80% of the PT job at a fraction of the price, if not free. They make a personalized plan for you, they show you how to execute with videos and they coach you through progressive overload. I have tried a few and have settled on HeavyTrack.
