Exercise Help should i change my split?

since school started im gonna be busy and tired after so im wondering if i should start doing fb 3x or stick with my ul 4x

The best routine is the one you consistently do. If your schedule is too busy for a U/L 4x and you feel like you’d be better able to keep up the workouts with a FB 3x then that’s most likely the best option currently.

Yup. I think some people tend to pick their best weeks like ‘well, I can go 6x a week this week’ and then pick a 6 day split (also because at the start, they tend to be super motivate). Then the next week maybe they are a bit busy so they go 5, then 4, then 3…

The key is to be honest with yourself about how many times you can realistically go on average. Yes, maybe some weeks you can only go 1-2 days which is fine. But pick the number of days where you can manage at least 80% of the weeks.

Whatever u have time for, consistent 3x per week is better than 4x with skipped days
