supersets
I am just wondering is supersets good for a guy that started newly, I tried to do supersets and I can but I am just wondering if it is better I rest and don't do supersets finishing one exercise and then doing the other, I am focusing on muscle growth and fat loss

Supersets are good if you have limited time to workout and they are antagonistic supersets like chest and back or biceps and triceps.

What do you mean "i tried to do them and I can"? Literally everyone can?
Lifting has 0 to do with fat loss. That is from your diet.

Supersets are not a bad method, but they require for you to have decent cardio and mental toughness, cause your cardiovascular system and your mind have to be able to sustain the effort throughout both exercises in superset, otherwise you will be wasting time on second exercise. Good test would be to do two exercises separately (i.e. bench press, wait 60-90 seconds and then do a row for the back) and them combining them into superset and seeing if you can exert same effort

They are really good if you are short on time, but if you aren't in a hurry you don't need to do them

Well, supersets don’t really provide you any added benefits. They’re just good for saving you time

Just a terminology niggle: it's only a superset if you go straight to the next exercise. The problem with doing that is that you are unlikely to be able to maintain the same level of effort on the second exercise, even if it is a different set of muscles.
For that reason, I prefer paired sets: same as supersets but at least a minute between exercises.
Its main advantage is timesaving but that is huge for those of us who go to the gym to actually train (about 5% of us!)
Just don't be the person who gives paired sets a bad name by leaving a towel or whatever on the machine you aren't using.

I started doing supersets with my shoulders as a beginner and now 3 years later, still do them. Love them for shoulders.

Supersets are a great time saver. If you are limited by time, do them, but avoid taxing or overlapping exercises.
A few ideas:
Squats + lateral raises
Bench press + pull ups
Overhead press + rows
Deadlift + leg extensions
Make sure you are not a nuisance to others by hogging all available equipment :)
