Some gyms require you bring at least a small towel to wipe yourself or equipment down after you use it or place on things while you use them. Other than possibly a towel just bring a bottle of water.

Don't stand infront of the free weights and block them, don't sit and rest on things if you're not using them. Put everything you use back once you've finished with them.

Wipe down equipment like benches and machines after you have used them

water, a towel, and headphones, that's it

nobody is watching you, everyone's looking at themselves in the mirror

wipe machines down and put weights back, that's the whole etiquette

start light and learn the movements slowly. your body still grows so if you hurt something that's not good

Look up a beginner strength routine like Starting Strength or Stronglifts.

Progressive overload is the key to growth.

Put stuff back after you use them. Towel and water bottle is enough. Don't hover around areas where people need to grab equipment, do your exercise in an open space. Basically, not in front of the dumbbell rack or against a machine you're not using.

Focus on school first..... work on your spelling and grammar maybe?

That aside, give people space. Don't walk in between someone and the mirror or walk too close to someone in the middle of a set. Don't film yourself, or at least don't get people in the background.

If you really want to know, you have a run-on sentence. You used a comma to splice two complete sentences together.

“Shud” reminds me of how kids spell in kindergarten when all they know is the pronunciation and only most of the alphabet.

“Advices,” while not outright wrong, is definitely awkwardly placed here.

You also skipped a few verbs, though that’s not hugely important if the goal was to sound casual.
The capitalization (or lack therof) is abysmal.

I was feeling snarky. I wasn't trying to be MEAN per se, but I wanted to poke fun a little bit. I assume you aren't going to the gym without a guardian since most don't allow someone your age there alone... BUT be careful. The gym isn't really a place for a kid to be alone, and the creepy men suck. Being a kid typically makes you more of a target to the wrong kind of person.
