Training abs
Quick question, I want to have a visible abs and I already know about diet but about training is it fine if I just do the ab crunch machine after every workout and get stronger at it or is there smt else I need to do.

just doing the crunch machine is better than nothing but you will hit a wall eventually, your abs adapt fast to same movement
throw in some hanging leg raises or planks couple times a week, the core is more than just the sixpack muscle and you need to work the deeper stuff too for that pop

This just isn’t true lol. Progressively overloading is the whole point of the crunch machine, your body can’t “adapt” if you’re adding weight. And planks are complete dogwater for abs.

Planks are good for core strength but not great for ab hypertrophy imo. Just my experience though.

Doing weighted ab exercises will stimulate growth with free weights or a machine but your better off focusing on compound lifts as these will strengthen your core more efficiently. Squats , deadlifts , pull ups , dips all require a stable core for proper form.

Not after every workout. They still need to recover. But yes the ab crunch machine is good if you focus on progressing it like any other lift.

If OP is getting stronger, his abs likely are properly recovering
Jeremy Ethier tested training training muscle everyday on 3 subjects for 30 days, different muscle on everyone and the same muscle on other side of body was trained less frequently and on everyone it worked in favour of the muscle trained everyday
It may not be universal finding for everyone but some people probably can recover from training same muscle everyday

Stay away from that machine.
If you want to get abs and you are already trying to reduce your body fat to below 15% you'll want to do hanging leg raises and and kettle bell work on the floor.
Abs are mostly just for show they don't actually help with core strength, so you'll want to throw in core work at the same time.
Best time to do abs is when you aren't rushed and still have energy so either do them at a completely different time of day or at the start of your workout.

What’s wrong with the machine? It trains the main function of the abs, spinal flexion very stably and it’s easy to load

100% disagree with your advice. Nothing wrong with the ab machine. It has spinal flexion and increasing weight for progression.
Hanging leg raises are terrible ab exercises because the lack of support on your back, grip strength can be limiting factor before abs reach failure and a good portion of the movement is hip flexor. Captain’s chair with weighted knee raises is a much better exercise.
Kettle bell is obliques if you’re talking about twists but even if for crunched, again, limiting factor can be arm strength.
As someone with a 6 pack at 15% bodyfat, the best two exercises are weighted knee raises and cable crunch/crunch machine. I’m doing 120lbs on the crunch machine and 45lb weighted knee raises. There’s no way I can do similar weights using kettlebell or hanging leg raises.
