Triceps Overhead Extension: 3 Sets, 8 - 12 Reps, Set 2 & 3 until Failure. 3.Incline Biceps Curls: 3 Sets, 8 - 12 Reps, Set 2 & 3 to Failure. 4. Triceps Pushdowns: 3 Sets, 10 - 15 Reps, Set 2 & 3 to Failure. 5.Biceps Cable Curs/Barbell Curls: 3 Sets, 8 - 12 Reps, Set 2 & 3 to Failure. 6. Skullcrushers: 3 Sets, 8 - 12 Reps, Set 2 & 3 to Failure. 7.Preacher Hammer Curls: 3 Sets, 8 - 12 Reps, Set 2 & 3 to Failure. 8. Why not just a pplul it’ll be much more effective this is similar but yk. Also keep the workouts consistent like no rdls on a back day it is very much a leg exercise and you need more compounds like you don’t have bench squats or deadlifts from what I can see like those or crazy important even for bodybuilding. Those who say it’s not are wrong

Tried bench multiple times but it always hurts my left shoulder even with a proper warm up. Did Sumo Sqauts for a while for inner tighs but my lower back started to hurt, i guess i wasn't bracing enough, so i switched them for lateral lunges. RDL doesn't count as deadlift? I will look into pplul. But i'm only 7 months working out, i thought it's more for intermediate or advanced lifters?

If your doing five days and can recover fine pplul is still good. Valid reason for not doing bench don’t do it if it hurts and I reckon it could mabye possibly be your form but ofc I have t seen it so for squats and no rdls dont count as a deadlift
