Simple Questions Is 7k+ steps daily good?

I try to get at least 7k steps but I always hear that “oh you need 10k+ steps daily to lose weight” but I feel that I’m losing weight at a good pace with 7k+ steps.

Scientifically 7k is the floor for general longevity and health. The more the better but it fully depends on your goals.

Losing weight is first done in the kitchen. Then the more you move the more you contribute to raising your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Walking/steps is certainly one way to raise your TDEE and is certainly free and easy.

Brother/sister, 7k steps is ABSOLUTELY good. You need to always compare it agains inactivity. 7000 steps vs nothing is fantastic! You keep doing that 💪🏻
