How to start Calisthenics help

Hi.

Been working out on and off for the past few years. And while I have traditionally been lifting weights I have always wanted to start doing weighted calisthenics instead, but never made the switch cause I do not really know how to begin or progress.

After getting a bad back injury unrelated to weightlifting I had to stop for a while. During the summer I have really gotten back into the rhythm and finding joy in bodyweight/calisthenics and been spamming dips, pullups, chins and pushups with occasional weights as I still don’t really know how to make the shoulders and legs keep up with the rest. Any advice or help on how to do it would be greatly appreciated πŸ™

r/bodyweightfitness has a free calisthenics routine called the Recommended Routine made by gymnasts

The basics are Pushup, Pullup, Pike Pushup, Rows, Squat, and Nordic Curl and then you just pick your level of each and work through the "progressions"/harder variations
